With over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, Ari Baum, CFP® works closely with his clients to develop comprehensive wealth optimization strategies, empowering them to achieve both a work-optional lifestyle and generational wealth. Before founding Endurance Wealth Partners in 2014, Ari held senior roles at prestigious institutions such as Morgan Stanley, UBS Financial Services, JPMorgan Chase, and the American Stock Exchange. Ari’s deep industry knowledge drives his firm's mission to help clients "Conceive. Believe. and Achieve." their financial aspirations.

Ari holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Brooklyn College and maintains several securities licenses, including Series 7, 31, 63, and 66. He is registered in AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX, VT, VA, VI, & WA. He also holds his Life, Health and Variable Annuity Insurance Licenses in AZ, FL, NJ, & NY.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Ari is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Council of Jewish Organizations of Flatbush and Congregation Shaare Shalom. He volunteers at The Next Step, the sole organization in Israel dedicated to the comprehensive support of amputees and as a career coach with SBH, mentoring young financial professionals . As a running coach for Team SBH, Ari has guided over 400 high school students through their first Disney Half Marathon, raising more than $1 million annually for the organization.

An accomplished athlete, Ari is a recognized Ironman "All World Athlete" and a sub-3-hour marathoner. He resides in Brooklyn, NY with his wife, Sima, and their four remarkable children: Sammy, Michelle, Elie, and Jennifer.
